SOLID ADVISE AG was founded in Appenzell Steinegg, Switzerland, with a clear mission: to provide comprehensive financial guidance to institutional and private investors seeking rigorous, transparent, and results-oriented advisory. From our early days as a boutique advisory firm, we have grown into a trusted partner for Family Offices, Hedge Funds, Venture Capital firms, and private investors across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
Over the past 12+ years, we have advised on 75+ client portfolios, facilitated 35+ co-investment opportunities annually, and maintained a client retention rate of 94%. Our team of 10 professionals combines deep sector expertise with a commitment to Swiss discretion and regulatory excellence. We are registered under CH-350.3.013.899-3 and operate in full compliance with Swiss financial regulations.
Today, we are actively expanding into the United States. We are building strategic partnerships with US-based Family Offices, institutional investors, and venture capital firms to extend our advisory reach across North America. Our expansion is driven by demand from existing clients and the opportunity to access a broader range of investment opportunities in Technology, AI, Fintech, and Real Estate. We expect to establish a US presence within the next 18 to 24 months, with offices in New York and/or Miami under consideration.
